Limousine, shuttle, and other PDV operators must only charge rates that are approved by the Board. Limousine operators may charge hourly rates, individual fares, or point-to-point rates. These operators are subject to either Rule 18 – Standard Rules for Limousine Rates or Rule 21 – Standard Rules for Other PDVs.
Rates rule
The Board sets rates rules that may be charged by limousine, shuttle, and other PDV operators. Operators approved to use the Board's minimum-maximum rates (Rule 19 – Limousine Rates - Hourly) may change their rates within the established minimums and maximums without approval from the Board.
